Robots and a Funny Shirt

So we figured out a gift for the birthday boy on Saturday. I think it was a great success.
He really liked the shirt India made. Go figure. I thought he would pass right over that!
Here’s what we came up with.

A make-your-own robot set inspired by this one… which is way cooler. You gotta start somewhere, right?

A shirt designed and painted by India. Have you ever done a freezer paper shirt? That’s what we did. We had about 4 stencils made from the paper. It turned out pretty cool, if I do say so myself.

  1. Hi Zach and Stacie,

I just looked at your blog. Again it was beautiful and it made it feel good. Congratulations on your new baby! He’s a cutie, another photographer’s model. You do have beautiful children. We think of you often even if you don’t hear from us much. You sound settled and happy and like you’ve made lots of friends.
Scott and JaNee sold their home a few weeks ago and are looking for a new home. They put offers in on 3 short sale homes about a week ago but aren’t sure if they’ll get any so they’re still looking. Luckily they sold to an older couple who had sold their home and are renting who said they can rent back when their house closes so they have until July 30 to be out of their old house. Ariel, Kelley’s oldest is at BYU Idaho and one of Pam’s twins broke her leg on a friend’s trampoline. Craig’s been traveling these past two months and his job is going really well. Jeff and Gina are building grow boxes in their yard this weekend. All our kids or their spouses are employed though Pam and Dan are having to watch their pennies. But Dan can do just about anything so they’ll get by.
Ken and I are about the same, doing the same things and enjoying out family. Hope you all enjoy the summer.

    Lots of Love,
    Aunt Jan
